Why does my playlist fail to connect?
One possible cause is that the phone keyboard or browser changes http:// to https:// when copying or entering the address. Paste the exact link from your authorised provider and check its stated protocol (http:// or https://), port, username and password. Do not change the protocol yourself or add spaces. If it still fails, check the playlist validity and your connection, then contact your provider.
Does DYONEX include channels or films?
The licence activates the player. Add your own M3U playlist or authorised Xtream source.
Which version should I install?
Android TV / Google TV: Android 8.0 or later. Older Amazon Fire TV with Fire OS 5: Fire TV Legacy edition. Android phones and tablets: touch version, Android 8.0 or later. Downloads labels each edition.
How do I activate a direct licence?
Open DYONEX, copy the DXN installation code and visit Activate licence. Choose Stripe or PayPal. For Google Play purchases use Restore purchase in the app.
How do I report an issue?
Email support with your device model, DYONEX version and steps to reproduce the problem. Do not include playlist passwords or full card details.
