Does DYONEX include channels?
No. DYONEX is exclusively a player. You must use your own authorised sources.
Does it work on phones?
This edition is designed for Android TV and Google TV. It is not a mobile app.
Does it work on Samsung Tizen?
The Android APK does not work on Samsung TVs running Tizen. The Tizen edition is separate.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The free trial begins on the first connection and creates no automatic charge.
Can I move my licence to another TV?
The licence is linked to one installation. Contact support before clearing data, reinstalling or changing device.
How do I get help?
Email support@dyonex.app with your DXN code. Never send your playlist credentials.
