What you need
For M3U, you need the full playlist URL. For Xtream, you need the server address, username and password for your authorised source. Include the port if it is part of the address. Preserve letter case, symbols and the provider’s stated protocol.
Load from your phone using QR
- In DYONEX, open Playlists and choose the QR connection or loading option.
- Scan the QR on the TV with your phone camera. Open that link and keep its ending, which contains the key.
- Choose M3U or Xtream and enter the exact details of your source. Give it a name so you can recognise it later.
- Select Send to TV and wait for confirmation in DYONEX. Keep the TV pairing screen open.
- Connect the saved playlist and check a stream or video from your authorised source. The catalogue depends on the playlist you added.
If your playlist will not connect
Check whether the phone changed http:// to https://, added spaces or altered the username or password. Keep the exact address specified for that playlist; do not change the protocol yourself. Also check the TV connection, playlist validity and provider availability. If the QR expired, generate a fresh one in the app and scan it again.
Playlist, licence and private details
The licence activates the player and does not include content subscriptions. Pairing encrypts the details before sending them to the TV; the key is carried in the QR link. Do not publish the QR or a URL containing a username and password. For an app issue, send support your device model, DYONEX version and error message, without private credentials.
