Data and purposes
The direct edition sends an installation identifier, model and version to start the trial and check the licence. We store the DXN code, trial dates, licences, payment references and administrative history to provide the service and manage the contract.
Playlists and QR pairing
Playlists, credentials, favourites and settings are stored on the device. The QR form encrypts content using AES-GCM before sending it to api.dyonex.app. The key stays on the devices. The pairing service temporarily stores encrypted content. When playing media, your provider receives requests and your IP address.
Downloads and security
We count download requests and record date, approximate country and browser. This counter does not identify completed downloads or unique people. Cloudflare processes network data, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the site. Security and operational statistics rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights.
Payments and providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Stripe and PayPal process direct-edition payments; Google manages its store purchases. DYONEX does not store full card numbers. The selected provider may collect name, email and billing details. Consult their privacy policies and safeguards for international transfers.
Storage and retention
The browser remembers the language; the administrator uses session storage to access the panel. We add no advertising or third-party analytics to the new site. Licence records are kept as necessary to provide the service; payment records for applicable statutory periods. The owner must document and review retention periods and handle deletion requests.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by writing to support@dyonex.app. You may complain to the AEPD or your data protection authority. Deletion can prevent licence verification and does not remove statutory retention obligations.
Download statistics
When an APK is requested, we record the time, edition and file, approximate country, path without query parameters, link source, user agent, reported device and browser, response status and declared size. We do not store IP addresses in these records. Counts represent requests and retries, including partial responses and bots; they do not identify people or confirm a completed download or installation.
